We teamed up with Fairfield Development for another successful project in Northern California, this time working in the Napa Valley. This two-phase project completed in 2023 with over 500 units and almost 800,000 GSF.

Fairfield Development came to us for this particularly challenging project, situated under major power lines, snugged between a steep hillside and busy throughway. The challenge was welcome, resulting in a multifamily development with 266 units and over 293,400 GSF.

This beautiful project in North Scottsdale was our first with Steetlight Residential, one of our favorite builders in Arizona. The successful completion of this 314-unit, 398,000+ GSF development bodes well for our future together.

Working with one of our longest-standing clients, Palisade Builders, we completed this multi-family building downtown Santa Clara in 20024. Completed on-time and under budget, with 225 units and over 232,200 GSF.

ACS has a long-running partnership with Pono Construction and Grand Canyon University, building thousands of units of student housing.

This exciting project had our crew framing up with jets flying right above. Situated right next to San Diego’s downtown airport, this project has 174 units and over 162,600 GSF.
