Entry-level position.
General duties include, but are not limited to: use of hammer, measuring tape, square, building framing packages, and maintaining housekeeping on the project. General labor demands on-site. Must be willing to follow safety instructions, procedures, methods, and standards. -
One or more years of experience required.
General duties include, but are not limited to: preparing the layout, detailing, and constructing frameworks to plan specifications. Work on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights on the building. Use of hammer, measuring tape, square, levels, power tools, and nail guns. Must be current with OSHA safety and general construction procedures, methods, and standards.

One or more years of experience required.
General duties include, but are not limited to: ability to read plans and layouts for construction of the subfloor, installation of joists and beams, required hardware, and attachment of subfloor sheathing material. Work on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights on the building. Use of hammer, measuring tape, square, levels, power tools, and nail guns. Must be current with OSHA safety and general construction procedures, methods, and standards.

One or more years of experience required.
General duties include, but are not limited to: general maintenance and inspection of associated operating equipment. Documenting and maintaining inventory, ensuring the production areas’ organization and cleanliness, and loading and unloading of materials. Successful applicants have knowledge of commonly used materials, their types, and their uses. Must be OSHA certified or willing to become OSHA certified. Must be current with OSHA safety and general construction procedures, methods, and standards.

General duties include, but are not limited to: checking that exterior rough framing, all walls, balconies, parapets, cornices, and details are completed in compliance with the plans. Work on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights on the building. Use of hammer, measuring tape, square, levels, power tools, and nail guns. Must be current with OSHA safety and general construction procedures, methods, and standards.

One or more years of experience required.
General duties include, but are not limited to: work includes snap plate and detail, frame, plumb and line, elevations, pickup, straight edge, hardware, shear. Work on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights on the building. Use of hammer, measuring tape, square, levels, power tools, and nail guns. Must be current with OSHA safety and general construction procedures, methods, and standards; ability to read, understand, and build according to construction plans.

Three or more years of experience required.
General duties include, but are not limited to: assist the foreman by keeping current with and applying all safety/construction procedures, methods, and standards; ability to read/understand/build accoreding to construction plans; assist in the technical training and re-training of crew members; complete labor and material estimates/projections to ensure they have what is necessary to meet the schedule and remain on budget; assist with preparation and installation of walls, joists, floors, roofing, and siding; coordinate with other leadman, foreman, trades, and client’s superintendent for successful execution of operations.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, and sit; use both hands to finger, handle, grasp effectively, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to focus. Ascend and descend ladders while maintaining three-point contact at all times, or unfinished stairs without handrails, work at heights greater than 10 feet. Travel over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces and maneuver around scaffolding, bracing, or other unfinished construction elements. Work Safely without presenting a direct threat to self or to others.
Work Environment
While performing duties on this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly required to work in extremely cold and/or hot conditions. The noise level in the work environment is subject to loud noises, vibrations, fumes, and dirt.
